Bellephant – Shipping, Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want your shopping experience with Bellephant to be smooth, transparent and worry-free. Below is a clear guide to how shipping, cancellations, refunds and replacements work.


Shipping

  • Free shipping on every order.

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours after payment is confirmed (Monday to Friday).

  • Orders placed after 11 a.m. are shipped the next business day.

  • We don’t ship on weekends or public holidays.


Cancelling an Order

  • You can cancel your order any time before it ships and get a full refund.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded (except if it arrives damaged or defective).


 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • All COD orders require a ₹100 confirmation fee.

  • This fee is non-refundable if you refuse or do not accept the order at delivery.


Returns & Replacements

  • All sales are final. Products are non-returnable once delivered.

  • We do not refund or replace items that are defect-free but have minor differences in colour, shade or material.

  • We do offer a free replacement if your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

  • To request a replacement:

    1. Email helpdeskyoursbellephantlux@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

    2. Include your Order ID and clear photos or video proof of the defect.

  • Products must be unused, in the same condition as received, in original packaging with all items and proof of purchase.

  • We will arrange the return of the original item. After inspection:

    • If a defect is confirmed, a free replacement will be issued.

    • If no defect is found, you will need to pay the to-and-from courier charges for sending it back.


Refund Timeline

  • Once your return or replacement request is approved and we receive the product, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
