Warranty Duration:
Bellephant Store watches come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

What the Warranty Covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

  • Repairs or replacement of parts if your watch is defective.

  • Replacement with a similar watch if the original model is unavailable.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or improper handling.

  • Damage due to water if water resistance instructions are not followed.

  • Rust, scratches, or normal wear and tear.

  • Color or texture changes in leather, fabric, steel, or other materials.

  • Products bought from unauthorized sellers.

  • Watches with removed or altered serial numbers.

Important Notes:

  • Warranty is non-transferable and only for personal, residential use.

  • No cash refunds; warranty only covers repair or replacement.

  • Any visible defects must be reported within 10 days of delivery.

  • To claim warranty, you must take your watch to a Bellephant Store  You are responsible for transport and delivery costs.
