All Bellephant Lux watches include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If there’s a fault caused by production, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.

Our Japanese Quartz Movement batteries typically last 2–3 years, depending on usage.

Since each Bellephant Lux timepiece is made to order with high-resolution images available before purchase, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of preference or change of mind.

However, if your watch arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a free replacement or refund once the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
